Faux Patina showcase Two

Faux Patina is a wonderful technique that can be used for that bit of vintage, a bit of metallic effect, a bit of fun! This is a great video by toocoolstamping, demonstrating the Faux Patina technique.  Put simply you emboss a piece of card stock, layer colour by sponging and then randomly powder emboss.  It is so much fun my son did it with me.  What did acraftycat customers do with this....
these some of the creations from the first class.

Embossed Wild Wasabi on Soft Sued complimented with Gold ribbon and embossing powder.....another beautiful Heather Payne creation!

Rich Razzleberry, Sky Blue and Perfect Plum then Gold powder embossed set on layers of the same coordinating card stock by Stampin' Up! Love that Gold Satin ribbon and Venetian Crochet Trim.

The Gold Satin Ribbon looks great and compliments the Gold Powder Embossing.
